Psychiatric Care for Adults in Arizona – Thoughtful, Compassionate, and 100% Virtual

Arizona Mountain

I specialize in working with adults who think deeply and feel intensely—people who are often misdiagnosed, rushed, or misunderstood in traditional systems.

Below are some of the primary areas I focus on in Arizona:

⚠️ Licensure Status:
I’m currently in the process of finalizing my Arizona license. Once approved, I’ll begin offering psychiatric care to adults across the state via secure telehealth.
If you're interested in working together once I'm fully licensed, feel free to add your name to the waitlist below — I’ll reach out as soon as scheduling opens.

If you’re in Arizona and looking for thoughtful, judgment-free psychiatric care, you’re in the right place. I specialize in anxiety, depression, Postpartum mental health, and identity-related struggles—and offer secure telehealth care to adults across the state.

This is cash-pay, flexible care with no insurance hurdles or provider networks to navigate. Just clarity, support, and the time and attention you deserve.

Care that goes deeper than med checks!

Areas of Focus

  • Person sitting alone on a couch, reflecting quietly—capturing the emotional weight of anxiety and overthinking.

    Anxiety

I help adults who overthink, shut down, or spin out in cycles of worry and fear. Whether it's social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, or a constant sense of unease, we’ll work together to help you feel more calm, grounded, and in control.

  • Person sitting on floor in partial light, symbolizing the isolation and heaviness of depression.

    Depression

When life feels heavy, numb, or meaningless, you don’t have to carry it alone. I support clients struggling with low motivation, sadness, or unresolved grief, helping them reconnect with hope and build a more livable day-to-day.

  • Parent holding a newborn with a tender embrace, representing the emotional intensity of postpartum mental health challenges.

    Postpartum Mental Health

Becoming a parent can be joyful—and overwhelming. I offer compassionate care for individuals facing postpartum depression, anxiety, or identity shifts. This isn’t about being a “perfect parent.” It’s about being a supported one.

  • Row of rainbow-colored wooden figures standing together—symbolizing LGBTQ+ identity, diversity, and community.

    LGBTQ+ Support

If you’ve ever felt out of place in your family, community, or body, you know the weight identity can carry. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, internal conflict, religious trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you're questioning, coming out, or simply trying to live more freely and fully—I offer care that affirms who you are and how you got here.

Thinking About Working Together? Start Here.

Before reaching out, I invite you to explore Think Beyond the Diagnosis — a short series of reflections that share how I approach care, what matters in this work, and what healing actually asks of us.

It’s not just a blog.
It’s where I answer the questions people are often too overwhelmed — or too afraid — to ask.
And it might help you decide if this is the right fit.

60-Minute Evaluations

This first appointment is about getting to know you — not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll talk through what’s been hard, what’s worked (or hasn’t), and what’s brought you here. My goal isn’t to rush to a diagnosis, but to understand you well enough to make thoughtful, informed decisions about your care.

25 Minute Follow Ups

After the initial visit we will meet together to discuss how you have been since we last met. We will discuss the recommendations that are working well and those we need to make changes to. This could include discussing medication, lab work, or holistic interventions.

100% Telehealth

All appointments are securely conducted via video. Whether you're in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, or a smaller town in between — you can access care from the comfort of home or wherever you feel most grounded.

Real Support. Not a Call Center

When you reach out, you won’t get a bot or a phone tree. My assistant Jesse handles all scheduling, billing, and paperwork — so you can spend your energy on getting better, not getting through red tape.

Between Appointments

You don’t have to wait weeks to ask a simple question. If something comes up between sessions — a side effect, refill need, or quick concern — I’m usually able to respond the same day, even on weekends. Clear, timely communication is part of how I care.

Rates & Payment

This is a private pay (cash-pay) practice. I do not accept insurance or bill insurance companies directly. However, I’m happy to provide an itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note:

  • I do not offer a sliding scale or reduced rates.

  • My fees are the same for all clients, as listed below.

Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $350
Follow-Up Appointments (25 minutes): $200

If you're unsure whether your insurance offers reimbursement, you're not alone. My assistant, Jesse, can walk you through the process and even help you check your out-of-network (OON) benefits.
