Thoughtful, insurance-friendly care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health, and LGBTQ+ support. Rooted in clarity. Built on compassion. Focused on you.
If you live in Washington state and are seeking thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care, you’re in the right place. I offer medication management and psychiatric evaluations for adults across the state — whether you prefer in-person appointments in Spokane or secure telehealth sessions from the comfort of home.
My approach is grounded in clarity, honesty, and identity-affirming care. You won’t get five-minute med checks. You’ll get the time and attention you deserve.
Care that meets you where you are — with clarity, compassion, and a plan that makes sense.
Areas of Focus
-
Anxiety
I help adults who overthink, shut down, or spin out in cycles of worry and fear. Whether it's social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, or a constant sense of unease, we’ll work together to help you feel more calm, grounded, and in control.
-
Depression
When life feels heavy, numb, or meaningless, you don’t have to carry it alone. I support clients struggling with low motivation, sadness, or unresolved grief, helping them reconnect with hope and build a more livable day-to-day.
-
Postpartum Mental Health
Becoming a parent can be joyful—and overwhelming. I offer compassionate care for individuals facing postpartum depression, anxiety, or identity shifts. This isn’t about being a “perfect parent.” It’s about being a supported one.
-
LGBTQ+ Support
If you’ve ever felt out of place in your family, community, or body, you know the weight identity can carry. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, internal conflict, religious trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you're questioning, coming out, or simply trying to live more freely and fully—I offer care that affirms who you are and how you got here.
Thinking About Working Together? Start Here.
Before reaching out, I invite you to explore Think Beyond the Diagnosis — a short series of reflections that share how I approach care, what matters in this work, and what healing actually asks of us.
It’s not just a blog.
It’s where I answer the questions people are often too overwhelmed — or too afraid — to ask.
And it might help you decide if this is the right fit.
“Healing begins where judgment ends.”
60 Minute Evaluations
This first appointment is about getting to know you — not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll talk through what’s been hard, what’s worked (or hasn’t), and what’s brought you here. My goal isn’t to rush to a diagnosis, but to understand you well enough to make thoughtful, informed decisions about your care.
25 Minute Follow Ups
After the initial visit we will meet together to discuss how you have been since we last met. We will discuss the recommendations that are working well and those we need to make changes to. This could include discussing medication, lab work, or holistic interventions.

Real Support, Not a Call Center
When you reach out, you won’t get a bot or a phone tree. My assistant Jesse handles all scheduling, billing, and paperwork — so you can spend your energy on getting better, not getting through red tape.
How It Works
Between Appointments
You don’t have to wait weeks to ask a simple question. If something comes up between sessions — a side effect, refill need, or quick concern — I’m usually able to respond the same day, even on weekends. Clear, timely communication is part of how I care.
